Kofta Balls

Kofta Balls are usually made for Malai Kofta dish, but I like making it as a starter many times. Its easy, simple and taste delicious with just few ingredients.

I am listing ingredients that makes 6 koftas.

Ingredients:
Potatoes 2, medium size
Paneer 2 tbsp, grated
Corn Flour 1 tbsp
Freshly chopped Coriander leaves
Salt as per taste
Raisins few
Oil for frying
Tissue paper / Absorbent Paper

Method:
Wash potato. Boil potatoes in pressure cooker for 5 to 6 whistles. Once cooled, open, and peel the potatoes and mash / grated the potatoes properly.

Take a bowl, transfer the mashed / grated potatoes, add the grated paneer, corn flour, salt, chopped coriander leaves and mix it well.
Divide the mix into small size kofta balls.

Take one ball, make a centre hole stuff in the raisin{1 or 2} and round the balls properly.

Stuff in the raisins for all the kofta balls.
Now heat oil for frying. Once heated, reduce flame to medium, add the kofta balls and fry until golden brown. Once done remove and place it into absorbent paper.

Serve with Green chutney or sauce.
